THE GIRL
WITH THE SCOOP
FROM NOTES APP WORKOUT REVIEWS... TO A WHOLE LOT OF GIRLS SAYING
"I'M IN."
When I moved to Columbus, I was just looking for a gym where I could meet people. Instead, I accidentally started reviewing workout classes, hosting events, teaching my own classes, planning retreats, and somehow convincing hundreds of girls to spend their weekends with me.
Honestly... didn't see that one coming.
Things you should probably know before we become friends...
I will absolutely
influence you.
Whether it's a workout class, a random wellness brand, or a pair of grip socks, there's a good chance you'll leave one of my events with a shopping list.
Gift giving is fully
my love language.
If you've ever wondered why my events have gifting suites, matching outfits, tote bags, and way too many little surprises... this is why. I genuinely think the tiny details are what people remember.
My favorite part isn't
actually teaching.
Don't get me wrong, I love teaching. But my favorite part is standing back after class and watching girls who met an hour ago exchange phone numbers and make plans for next weekend.
My classes are hard...
and I'm not sorry
about it.
People tell me all the time they've never taken a class like Scoop Sculpt before. I usually laugh, tell them they're doing amazing, and then make them hold the squat for ten more seconds.
Coffee after class is
basically part of
the workout.
I'm convinced some of the best conversations happen after everyone rolls up their yoga mats. If there's a coffee shop nearby, there's a very good chance we're ending up there.
I don't really do
"just a workout."
If you're coming to a Studioh Scoop event, you're probably getting a gifting suite, meeting someone new, taking way too many pictures, and leaving with plans you didn't have that morning.

HI, I'M KATIE.
The girl who accidentally made workout classes her entire personality.
I honestly thought Studioh Scoop was just going to be a place where I dumped my workout reviews and occasionally convinced my friends to try a new class with me. I definitely didn't think it would turn into teaching my own classes, hosting retreats in Mexico, planning gifting suites like they're my full-time job, and somehow building this really cool community.
I've lived in Columbus, Hilton Head, and now Philly, and one of the best parts of this whole thing has been meeting incredible people everywhere I've gone. Moving to a new city is weird, and Studioh Scoop somehow made every place feel a little more like home.
Now I get to teach classes that will absolutely humble you, partner with brands I actually use, and spend way too much time thinking about what should go in a gifting suite. Honestly... I can't think of a better way to spend my time.

I take SAT tests for fun. (Yes... voluntarily.)

I'm actually super introverted (I swear).

I literally wrote an essay to get out of gym class in high school. Now I teach them.

I have a McDonald's Coke basically every day.

I don't eat red meat. It grosses me OUT.

Gift giving is 1000% my love language.

Coffee after class is mandatory.

I'll convince you to sign up "just for fun."
